We continue to be the country's leading national sustainable homebuilder.
Supporting this, for the first time Barratt Developments is the highest ranked homebuilder on the influential NextGeneration Sustainability Benchmark.
We have been the highest national homebuilder for the last few years, but this is the first time we have topped the rankings.
On top of that, we also received the gold award for the 11th consecutive year and the crystal award for the 5th time, recognising our commitment to reporting transparently.
The NextGeneration Benchmark is the annual sustainability benchmark for the UK's largest homebuilders. It is designed to challenge homebuilders to go beyond regulation and achieve industry best practice and deliver leading social, environmental and economic performance.
The 2024 submission was completed before the Group combined to become Barratt Redrow. Going forward, as Barratt Redrow, we will continue to strive to continue to be the country's leading national sustainable homebuilder.
