Building on the incredible heritage and strong reputation of both companies, Barratt Redrow will be the exceptional UK homebuilder in terms of quality, service and sustainability.

As the largest and leading housebuilder in the FTSE100, we are confident that Barratt Redrow will play an important role in accelerating the building of the high-quality homes that the UK needs.

We will also be able to provide more homes for more customers, with Barratt Homes continuing to serve first time buyers and families, David Wilson Homes providing beautifully designed, larger homes for mover uppers and families, and Redrow established as the group's premium brand in the portfolio, targeting downsizers and higher price points.

This is just the start of the journey, but as one of our trusted local suppliers and subcontractors, you have a key role to play in the success of the combined business and we will be keeping you informed as much as possible as we bring our two businesses together.

During the integration, all existing supply contracts, purchase orders, and agreements will remain in place and unchanged. Our bank account details will remain the same, although you may notice a change in the name.

At the appropriate time, we will engage with your organisation to discuss future supply needs and any necessary adjustments.
