Over 100 visitors saw first-hand the groundbreaking innovation and research on the latest tours of the unique Energy House 2.0 facility at The University of Salford.
Delegates from local and central government, the Future Homes Hub, Women in Property, and colleagues from across the business stepped inside the huge environmental chamber to see the innovative technologies and sustainability building techniques used at our eHome2.
Jennifer Winyard MRICS MRTPI, Chair of Women in Property and a Senior Land Manager at Barratt Homes Yorkshire West, said: "Our tour of Energy House 2.0 was incredibly inspiring. The innovative approaches to sustainable building and energy efficiency showcased at Energy House 2.0 align perfectly with our group's commitment to promoting environmentally responsible development.
The members of Women in Property who experienced the tour are excited to share the learnings on how they can integrate these cutting-edge technologies and practices into their projects, ensuring that they lead the way in sustainable property development."
