Barratt Developments are 5* for the 12th year in a row

We are proud to announce that we've been awarded the Home Builders Federation (HBF) 5 Star Home Builder status for the 12th year in a row. This makes us the only national housebuilder to have achieved this.

5 Star status means that more than 90% of our customers who responded to the national customer satisfaction survey have said that they would 'recommend us to a friend'.

The HBF Customer Satisfaction Survey was established in 2005 to encourage excellent levels of service and improve standards of housebuilding. The number of stars awarded is based on responses to the question "would you recommend your builder to a friend?" and to achieve the 5 Star rating, over 90% of our customers have answered 'yes' to this question.

This high level of satisfaction comes from Barratt Developments' focus on quality, design and customer service.
