National Drawing Portal - moving to Asite

The National Drawing Portal is an online document and drawing management system used by Barratt Homes, David Wilson Homes and Redrow Homes. It allows us to upload, store and download drawings and documents relating to all our developments, whether bespoke or standard Group House types, in one place.

A new drawing and document management system is now being deployed in every BDW Division. This is based on the 'Asite' product and will replace systems such as Conject, DocElite, Dochosting and Project Vault. We expect the entire Group to be completed by mid-2024.

You may have used Asite with other construction companies. Asite will become the portal for your document and drawing access and, for our two London divisions, quality assurance.

Asite is now deployed across our two London Divisions, as well as in;

Mercia

North West

As a supplier or subcontractor, it is likely that you will require access to the Asite system. You will be informed by your local division when they are scheduled to start using Asite. Once you have access to Asite, you will be able to view all the BDW-specific help guides and videos that we have stored there. These are held in a folder in Asite called '1b. Asite Training Support Materials.'

Moving to Asite brings benefits to all concerned, including a single place to store all information and a consistent approach when you deal with any Barratt Redrow division. Asite will also provide a robust platform to help all of us meet the obligations of the Building Safety Act and other legislation.

If you need any additional assistance, please contact your usual Barratt Redrow representative. The documents below are still valid for Divisions that have not yet moved to Asite.
