Plot Groundworks

Updates have been made to the following sections:
Section G) Group Suppliers
Subsection 5.4, Drives specification details have been updated together with British Standard references.
Subsection 8.5 wording updated to provide greater clarity on the groundworkers requirements when Air Source Heat Pumps are specified on the site.
Subsection 11.7 Filling under ground floor slab has been updated in accordance with the requirements of NHBC Standards 5.1.9 and the material must be approved as being suitable for use by the site groundworker and site Structural / Civil Engineer.
Subsection 11.9 has been updated to reflect the checks to be completed on IPCUs.
Section 11 Substructure updated to include for ARC TCB requirements to door openings on timber frame houses as per the below wording.
