Terms & Conditions

These documents are to be read in conjunction with all other documentation pertaining to Works Orders, Labour Only Orders or the large package contract, as the use may be, including but not limited to the Company’s General Terms, the Specification (namely the drawings calculations schedules and specifications provided to the Contractor by the Company), the Company’s pro-forma Minutes of pre-Order Meeting (if any) (“the Minutes”), the Supplier’s & Sub-Contract Works-Customer Charter, the Supplier’s & Sub-Contract Works Code of Conduct and the Order (collectively referred to as “the Contract Documents”).
