Our aim is to enable our sub-contractors and suppliers to access key Commercial information such as Terms & Conditions and Trade Specification etc online as soon as they are updated and revised. We hope that this will ensure that our supply chain is always fully informed as quickly as possible.
Whilst available online, this information is also available from the Commercial Departments at our Divisional offices.

We are aware that a number of attempts have been made to persuade European based suppliers to deliver goods on credit purportedly on our behalf.
Please note that we have no employee or Managing Director named John Milton and all our purchasing is conducted on our standard terms on orders placed from our UK trading divisions.
If you are in any doubt as to the authenticity of any purchase request, please confirm with your normal divisional contact.
If you have supplied goods against requests from John Milton purportedly on our behalf then please contact internalaudit@barrattplc.co.uk
Please also be aware that bogus web sites seeking fees for the chance of working with major contractors exist. Under no circumstances will this be required for working with any Barratt Developments PLC company. Please also be aware that web sites that offer a "tradesman recommendation" service claiming to operate on behalf of Barratt Developments PLC or its subsidiaries have no jurisdiction to do so and are not approved by or in any way associated with us.
